How to Register for ISR

Contact me by email at p.kopka@infantswim.com or by phone at (386) 804 -9744 for more information or to let me know you would like to sign you child up for lessons. 

I will send you an email with my unique ISR Registration URL, which will take you to the ISR's National Registration Website. 

Complete the ISR National Registration Process. The cost to register your child is $105* for new students and $40 for returning students. This payment is due when completing the online registration. 

There will be weekly instructor fees that are not included as part of the registration fee. 

ISR will send you a confirmation email once the registration process is completed. This email will have your registration form and BUDS sheet, which are to be brought with you to the first swim lesson. In addition, the email will include a gift code to be redeemed at the ISR Store for $15 off your next purchase.  

Once the registration is completed and cleared by the Registration Evaluation Team, I will be notified and contact you to confirm your lesson date & time. 

* This covers a medical screening by our Registration Evaluation Team (RET) to assess the physical and developmental readiness of your child. Determination of appropriateness for lessons is not based on a particular condition or diagnosis, rather on the unique characteristics of the child. The registration fee also covers the course materials, which includes the Parent Resource Book and informational DVD that you will receive within 5 days of completing the online registration.
